Where the food is disgusting

We had a professional development day not long ago and I made the mistake of asking for the vegan option at lunch…

The ‘salad’ was composed of one sad ingredient…and that brown stuff is supposed to be quinoa…supposed to be. It was slimy, cold and jelly-like.

Disgusting doesn’t cover it.

But I still tried to eat two forkfuls so I wouldn’t hurt the feelings of the ladies serving lunch.
